About Us

The Springs of Suntree is an appealing, family focused community located off Holiday Springs and Pinehurst Road in beautiful central Brevard County. We are conveniently located near shopping centers, hospitals and medical facilities,US1,Senior Place, the Indian River, Causeways and I 95. Not to mention some of the best schools you will find in the state of Florida.

The Springs of Suntree POA consists of 5 developments, Holiday Springs, Hidden Springs, Coral Springs, Magnolia Springs and Palm Springs. Each offers an individual style to the homes and properties. All 5 Springs make up one Association which services all 5 Springs common areas.

The cornerstone of the Springs of Suntree is the clubhouse, where members and residents can enjoy may amenities. The tennis and basket ball court, two pools, gym, play ground and community hall make this community a joy for all ages to live and play in. In addition to the amenities there are community sponsored functions for residents to take part in and residents are welcome to lease the hall for personal events and parties.
